TASKING ANNOUNCES BRIAN MULCAHEY AS VP WORLDWIDE CORPORATE

Dedham, Mass. — December 7, 1999 — TASKING Inc.,
today announced it has appointed Brian Mulcahey as Vice President —
Worldwide Corporate Marketing. TASKING delivers embedded software
development solutions for companies that use embedded
microprocessors, microcontrollers and DSPs in their products.
Mulcahey will drive a variety of corporate marketing activities to
focus the company's efforts as a key player in the global embedded
development tools market. "Brian has a strong background in both
corporate and product marketing," said Scott Taitel,
TASKING's Chief Operating Officer. "Not only will he drive
all our promotional activities worldwide, but he'll also provide key
research and strategic input to our efforts at positioning the
company in this rapidly-changing market."  Brian
Mulcahey brings to TASKING over 12 years of senior marketing
experience in technology-based firms ranging from start-up through
Fortune 100 businesses. He most recently worked at Active Control
eXperts, a high-volume manufacturer of hardware devices and an Inc.
500 company, where he led corporate PR and market research
activities. Prior to ACX, Mulcahey held several product management
positions with GenRad, a leading manufacturer of Automatic Test
Equipment products. He has also worked for Booz, Allen &
Hamilton, a leading international technical and management
consulting firm. Mulcahey holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
from MIT and an MBA in High-Technology Marketing from the University
of Chicago.
