Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

TASKING is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead our embedded software tools portfolio. In this strategic role, you’ll analyze market opportunities, differentiate TASKING’s offerings, and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Business Units to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging. We’re looking for an experienced expert passionate about embedded tech, with strong product positioning skills and knowledge of safety-critical markets.

Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze market dynamics and the competitive landscape to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Define differentiated value propositions for TASKING’s embedded software development tools and services
- Develop marketing and sales enablement materials, including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, sales presentations, and website content
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotional activities, and targeted demand generation initiatives
- Identify market trends and evolving customer needs to support business growth and inform product strategy
- Serve as a key marketing liaison to Business Units, ensuring consistent, aligned communication and market representation
- Support thought leadership initiatives such as webinars, conference presentations, and content creation
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the technology sector, ideally focused on embedded software for safety-critical markets
- Strong understanding of safety-critical markets such as automotive, industrial, and aerospace
- Proven success in developing positioning and messaging for technical and engineering audiences
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
