AUTOSAR (AUTo­mo­tive Open Sys­tem ARchi­tec­ture) is a world­wide develop­ment part­ner­ship of auto­mo­tive man­u­fac­tur­ers, sup­pli­ers, and tool providers that estab­lish­es open and stan­dard­ized soft­ware archi­tec­tures for auto­mo­tive elec­tron­ic con­trol units (ECUs). The AUTOSAR stan­dards enable scal­a­bil­i­ty, reusabil­i­ty, and inter­op­er­abil­i­ty of soft­ware com­po­nents across vehi­cle plat­forms, sup­port­ing the grow­ing com­plex­i­ty and safe­ty require­ments of mod­ern auto­mo­tive sys­tems.

TASKING is an Asso­ciate Part­ner of AUTOSAR and pro­vides cer­ti­fied develop­ment tools that sup­port AUTOSAR-com­pli­ant soft­ware design and inte­gra­tion. The TASKING VX-Toolset, includ­ing com­pil­ers, debug­gers, and the winIDEA IDE, offers full sup­port for safe­ty-crit­i­cal AUTOSAR projects by ensur­ing ISO 26262 com­pli­ance, opti­mized code gen­er­a­tion, and seam­less inte­gra­tion with major AUTOSAR envi­ron­ments. This part­ner­ship empow­ers auto­mo­tive engi­neers to devel­op, ver­i­fy, and val­i­date high-qual­i­ty ECU soft­ware effi­cient­ly and in align­ment with AUTOSAR stan­dards for next-gen­er­a­tion vehi­cles.
