Quin­tau­ris is a glob­al provider of RISC-V-based prod­ucts. Found­ed in 2023, Quin­tau­ris devel­ops pro­files, ref­er­ence archi­tec­tures, and soft­ware com­po­nents which enable com­pat­i­bil­i­ty and help estab­lish RISC‑V solu­tions to be wide­ly used across var­i­ous indus­tries.    

Found­ed by lead­ing semi­con­duc­tor play­ers such as Bosch, Infi­neon, Nordic Semi­con­duc­tor, NXP, Qual­comm, and STMi­cro­elec­tron­ics, Quin­tau­ris’ mis­sion is to accel­er­ate the glob­al adop­tion of RISC‑V, the open stan­dard Instruc­tion Set Archi­tec­ture (ISA), enabling the develop­ment of next-gen­er­a­tion proces­sors for auto­mo­tive, indus­tri­al, and IoT appli­ca­tions.

Partnership

TASKING and Quin­tau­ris col­lab­o­rate to accel­er­ate the adop­tion and stan­dard­iza­tion of prod­ucts based on the open RISC‑V archi­tec­ture, ensur­ing com­pat­i­bil­i­ty and inter­op­er­abil­i­ty across the ecosys­tem.

As part of this part­ner­ship Quin­tau­ris gains early access to TASKING’s RISC‑V develop­ment tools to ver­i­fy com­pli­ance with their ref­er­ence archi­tec­ture and stan­dards. Where­as TASKING receives early access to Quin­tau­ris’ ref­er­ence plat­forms and stan­dard­iza­tion guide­lines, enabling align­ment of TASKING’s tool­chain develop­ment with indus­try require­ments.

This close coop­er­a­tion ensures that both com­pa­nies deliv­er solu­tions that meet evolv­ing RISC‑V stan­dards and pro­vide devel­op­ers with reli­able, future-proof tools for safe­ty-crit­i­cal and high-per­for­mance appli­ca­tions.
