This webi­nar is focus­ing on Debug­ging and Tim­ing analy­sis of the HSM core of Infi­neon Tri­Core™ AURIX™ TC3xx fam­i­ly. We will pro­vide an overview of the HSM debug sys­tem and offered fea­tures. In addi­tion, an instru­men­ta­tion-based approach and under­neath con­cept will be explained to per­form tim­ing analy­sis on the HSM core which does not pro­vide any trace fea­tures. The use­ful­ness of the iSYS­TEM indige­nous ‘Sam­pling Based Pro­fil­ing’ con­cept will be also demon­strat­ed. A brief dis­cus­sion about winIDEA con­fig­u­ra­tion and oper­a­tion of the Tri­Core™ AURIX™ HSM core sums up the webi­nar.
