We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead the sales efforts for our hardware debugger solutions. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  •     Proactively identify and prospect new clients within target industries through strategic networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods
  •     Responsible for driving TASKING’s European Renewals/Maintenance business
  •     Responsible for complete sales cycle, incl. qualification and development of lead opportunities, compiling of individual customers offers and follow-ups until successful close of the business
  •     Collaborate with an existing customer base to understand their unique requirements and propose tailored hardware debugger solutions that address their specific challenges
  •     Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Application Engineering, to align sales strategies and drive product enhancements
  •     Coordinates and supports business development activities like marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, etc.
  •     Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce)

What we expect:

  •     Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field desirable, or a combination of equivalent education or experience
  •     3+ years’ experience in Sales or Customer Services, preferred in an Automotive, Microcontroller or Semiconductor environment
  •     Strong technical aptitude and understanding of hardware debugging concepts and methodologies and software development processes
  •     Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
  •     Fluency in German and English, proficiency in additional European languages is a valuable asset
